Ted 'Bridge To Nowhere' Stevens is up to some of his antics. S. 2590 is a bill that would in effect:

require full disclosure of all entities and organizations receiving Federal funds.

Apparently when you prioritize hundreds of millions of dollars for unnecessary spending when the nation is at war, you would like to have that kind of anonymity.
Stevens has become somewhat of an internet phenom with his seemingly deranged speech on what the internet is and isn't.
But his efforts regarding this legislation should be met with some level of accountability. Censure anyone?
